XSIDiff  Replication binary for VMWare ESXi

 Please note that this post is relative to old deprecated software ©XSIBackup-Classic. Some facts herein contained may still be applicable to more recent versions though.

For new instalations please use new ©XSIBackup which is far more advanced than ©XSIBackup-Classic.

• Transfer of user defined blocks of data.

• New argument --raw-data introduced to allow sending user defined blocks to STDOUT.

• SO_REUSEADDR has been implemented to allow continuous subsequent transfers over the same IP port

• Fixed bug in socket transfer feature.

• Fixed bug in type of --source detection.

• Improved speed in detecting used blocks and transferring them.

• All file paths were converted to lower case resulting in not being able to find files that existed, fixed.
