Backups to FreeNAS

Hello

Why do you disallow backups on XSIbackup-DC to FreeNAS by ip (on the classic version it is not forbidden). The freebsd (open)ssh server should be as good as on linux... and xsibackup runs on freebsd with Linux Kernel Extension loaded.
I unterstand I will will do it on my own risk and without support, but if it is forbidden I can't give it a try.

(c)XSIBackup is designed to work on a Linux/(c)ESXi backend. We can't support exotic combinations. FreeBSD is not Linux.
If we allowed your choice, why not Windows WLS?, or Android or MAC.
