Backups to FreeNAS

Hello

Why do you disallow backups on XSIbackup-DC to [b]FreeNAS[/b] by ip (on the classic version it is not forbidden). The freebsd (open)ssh server should be as good as on linux... and xsibackup runs on freebsd with Linux Kernel Extension loaded.
I unterstand I will will do it on my own risk and without support, but if it is forbidden I can't give it a try.

Key exchange routine

(c)XSIBackup is designed to work on a Linux/(c)ESXi backend. We can't support exotic combinations. FreeBSD is not Linux.
If we allowed your choice, why not Windows WLS?, or Android or MAC.
