I'm getting this error when trying to perform a OneDiff backup of running VMs to an NFS-mounted volume:
[dns01] CPERROR2 error: (c) XSIDiff 2.0.0.0 not licensed (20.00 GB limit)
grep: bad regex '[dns01] error: (c) XSIDiff 2.0.0.0 not licensed (20.00 GB limit)
'
(where 'dns01' is the name of the VM it's trying to backup).
This is with XSIBACKUP-PRO 11.2.19 running on ESXi 6.5u3. I have tried a clean install, and following advice from an earlier thread, uploaded the new request.key, and downloaded the new license.key file.
Any suggestions?

Delete the request.key file, let a new one be generated and upload it to get a new license.key file. Then contact support to remove the old license file to free the slot in the user area.

I did that as part of my troubleshooting - so I see the new license was generated, but I still get the issue. I've tried again today, and had it regenerate a new 'request.key' (which was identical to the previous one, incidentally). I've uploaded it, but no new license is generated... I'm assuming because it already has one for that request.key.

You just need to pick the right one. Check your MAC with the script and select the one begining by the MAC address.
