We have two clients who purchased XSIBackup-DC licenses last week. Neither received a password in their Welcome Email. Both had previously licensed XSIBackup-Pro and had valid User Area logins. Their emails addresses are already registered, but their old passwords are no longer valid.
We have tried to use the Contact Form to get new passwords assigned, but the form is failing due to Captcha not generating a code. And, the form will not submit without Captcha.

XSIBackupDC is working on Ubuntu 22 VM under TrueNAS 12. Hosts are ESXi 6.5.
The xsibackup binary must be installed in /usr/bin - the "--remote-path" option is recognized but will cause a SIGTERM 11 error.
The xsibackup running on the remote Ubuntu 22 server will create /home/root/.xsi and subfolders completing the necessary remote install.
Speed improvement writing backup to a ext4 filesystem as compared to vmfs5/6 is impressive.
