We have two clients who purchased XSIBackup-DC licenses last week. Neither received a password in their Welcome Email. Both had previously licensed XSIBackup-Pro and had valid User Area logins. Their emails addresses are already registered, but their old passwords are no longer valid.
We have tried to use the Contact Form to get new passwords assigned, but the form is failing due to Captcha not generating a code. And, the form will not submit without Captcha.

UPDATE:
There was indeed one error in one of our servers, the other two were working fine. You should be able to use the contact form normally now.
