Using:
xsibackup --backup-point="/vmfs/volumes/Backup/" --backup-type=custom --backup-vms="vm1!vm1_1.vmdk"
It still backs up vm1_1.vmdk. It shows the needed room as 159 Gb, which is correct for only backing up the vm1.vmdk, but it goes on later to actually try to backup vm1_1.vmdk. It can't actually finish the backup, since the size of vm1_1.vmdk is larger than the Backup volume. This same command worked in 9.1.9.
xsibackup --help still shows this as the correct format, it also shows "vm1!scsi0:1" and "vm1!disk1" as valid too. I tried those last two and they didn't work, although when I tried "vm1!disk1", I did get a message about disk1 being excluded. So, I tried "vm1!1.vmdk" and that does work, so it looks like there's a problem with the "_" in the exclusion in 10.3.0.
