Gui - opening

What am I missing here? How do I start the GUI? Please help.

I've been trawling the manual and help pages and clearly am missing something simple here.

Re: Gui - opening

- Invoking the GUI is very easy, just invoke xsibackup without any option: ./xsibackup
- Installing manually is very easy too. You may use the install script as is or install manually. You only need to change the IP in the installer script generator if the external IP you are installing from is different than the one you are generating the script from.
To install manually just copy the package to the /tmp folder, unzip, assign execute permissions to the install file and run it:

unzip *.zip
chmod 0700 install
./install

Re: Gui - opening

This thread is from 2019, five years ago.
Since then the way to invoke the GUI has changed.
It's still very easy though, enter: xsibackup-gui from the command line in DC edition or plainly gui from the App edition command line.
