automated screenshot of replicas

Hi,

With regards to _XSIREP replicas, I would like to be able to test them automatically. I thought I'd ask if something has abready been created for the job?

I was thinking a script that does the following:

Change virtual machine settings - memory, cpu, network. (Possibly using an already edited vmx to replace one xsibackup created)

Power on virtual machine.

Wait x seconds.

Take and email screenshot of vm.

Shutdown replica

We moved this to Feature Requests & Inprovements.
We will assess the possibility to add such feature, still a screenshot of a running VM means nothing.
The ideal certification would be to compare the virtual disks' hash to the replicated VM disks' hash. This is most probably the way we will go to offer some kind of additional backup certification. Take on account that we are already checking the number of bytes sent and received and every individual checksum for each 1 MB block.
