Hello,
I installed XSbackup-DC 1.4.3.14 and I am receiving the following errors during backup:
"Error code 3275 at file xsibackup.c, line 3275 | Error description: can't get disk id from VHD: /vmfs/volumes/685250c5-f4a821c4/xxxx.vmdk"
for every vdmk disk for each VM.
I tried to restore such backup, but it cannot boot.
I run XSIBackup-DC on other machine without any problems.
Could you please help me to find where a problem is ?
Thank you
Jacek

Of course, if (c)XSIBackup can't find the disk, don't even try to restore.
First of all update to the latest available version, we are constantly improving the software.
If the problem persists:
1/ Paste the output of: ls -la /vmfs/volumes/. Do not remove the last slash, it's fundamental.
2/ Paste the output of: esxcli storage vmfs extent list
And, of course, provide as much information as possible on the job that caused the error:
- VMs backed up.
- Datastores where the VMs are.
- Type of setup: local disk, NFS, iSCSI, FC...

I updated installation to 1.4.3.17 and errors disappeared. Both backup and restore work now fine.
Thank you
