Could not get available backup room in backup datastore (solved)

I was testing the backup but get error, first time using it. download before and delete without following the procedure, when download error of no scratch file is found so I created a folder with the same name of scratch file and it is able to download. I have only one drive with 730GB spaces left but cannot get available backup room in backup datastore. unable to find logs

You can't backup to the very same datastore where your production VMs are.

do you mean by the drive where backup is store? what does backup point mean?
I am able to detect space on other server which used the same datastore. I only have one drive so do you mean I will need to get one more drive for the backup?

Yes. Backing up to the same disk is not backing up.

but in my other server when i start the job it end with clone100% and I can see backup files in the backup point
