errors detected after backups finished- where logs saved

hi all,

so its finished the backup job for all my running vms and its saved all of them in my backup point location but i dont know where the error logs saved

are they here

vi /vmfs/volumes/datastore11/xsi-dir/var/logs/xsibackup.log

if so theres nothing in there?

If you run the command as a user, the log is redirected to STDOUT, that is, your active TTY. When you save a job the output is redirected to the general log at <install root>/var/logs/xsibackup.log

where can i see the STDOUT log, sorry for the stupid question

If you run the command as an interactive user, you see STDOUT on screen

i have the log but i dont know how to attach it

i cant see any errors in the log, the only error i see is when it says it has detected errors
