An odd email issue

Hello there and thanks in advance to anyone who would be so kind as to be able to offer me any insight or solution to the issue that I am experiencing at this time with regard to this email oddity... in short, a confirmation email that I am receiving looks like the following when it arrives in my OWA inbox:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

There's no email body detail; only the above.

The subject of the mail is denoted on the subject line as (no subject).

Has anyone within the Community ever seen this occurring?

Please, post the SMTP conversation.
Can you try an alternative e-mail server?.
If the SMTP code is O.K., I would suspect your e-mail server is just overwriting the subject and body, flagged as SPAM?

Thank you for your helpful suggestions - I shall in the first instance try an alternative SMTP server, and let you know if I have success with this.
