Backup room
I nave this error,
ERROR (CHKAVRUM), details Error: cannot determine the available backup room, -1 returned

Most probably some space in your paths. XSIBackup does not support spaces in datastore routes.

New (c)XSIBackup-Free does allow spaces in any part of the VM or virtual disks paths. Download our new VMWare Backup software here
