ERROR CLCRESN1 cannot create snapshot details

I run backup  by cron,   only on my  2 VMs ( GMS, Unifi) have a problem.

Last notice raised for the above VM:
[ ] ERROR CLCRESN1 details: [GMS] error: cannot create snapshot details: Create Snapshot: Create snapshot failed

• [ Wed Sep 27 02:27:12 UTC 2017 ] ERROR (CLCRESN1) details [Unifi] error: cannot create snapshot details: Create Snapshot:
• Create snapshot failed
• [ Wed Sep 27 02:27:09 UTC 2017 ] WARNING (CLVMXFPA) details No .vmxf file found for Unifi (7)
