xsibackup-rsync: not foundrsync: connection unexpectedly closed

I bought XSIBACKUP-PRO
I create an installation script and install XSIBACKUP-PRO on the server, in my account
Made the activation rename the file, as in the instructions
Making a connection:
./xsibackup  --link-srv=1.2.3.4:22
I give the command:
./xsibackup --backup-prog=XSITools --backup-point=1.2.3.4:22:"/vmfs/volumes/ESXI_Backup" --backup-type=Custom --backup-vms="VM" --date-dir=yes
tried the same:
./xsibackup --backup-prog=XSIDiff --backup-point=1.2.3.4:22:"/vmfs/volumes/ESXI_Backup" --backup-type=Custom --backup-vms="VM" --date-dir=yes

I get an error:

XSIBACKUP-FREE worked XSIDiff, XSIBACKUP-PRO does not work
version ESXI 6.7

Set the remote location of the xsibackup installation path using the
--remote-xsipath argument.
