I see this strange Path in the xsiback console.
2019-09-21T10:08:16| scsi0:4.fileName = "/vmfs/volumes/adf216ff-b089449d/fs-51/fs-51_4-000001.vmdk"
for comparison:
2019-09-21T10:08:16| scsi0:0.fileName = "fs-51-000001.vmdk"
2019-09-21T10:08:16| scsi0:1.fileName = "fs-51_1-000001.vmdk"
2019-09-21T10:08:16| scsi0:2.fileName = "fs-51_2-000001.vmdk"
2019-09-21T10:08:16| scsi0:3.fileName = "fs-51_3-000001.vmdk"
2019-09-21T10:08:16| scsi0:4.fileName = "/vmfs/volumes/adf216ff-b089449d/fs-51/fs-51_4-000001.vmdk"
2019-09-21T10:08:16| scsi0:5.fileName = "fs-51_4-000001.vmdk"
How can I fix this?

What is the exact thing that you find strange?
We have very little information, all we can comment is:
You seem to be running a guest with multiple disks on top of a snapshot. We will consider this to be the operational Onediff snapshot (xsibakdiff) as you are posting to this section of the forum.
Disk fs-51_4.vmdk seems to be stored to a different datastore than the rest. We can make this assumption, although we know nothing about your VM, because the path is absolute and ESXi assigns absolute paths to disks that are sitting outside the main .vmx folder.
Of course, the snapshot's path is also absolute and relative to it's parent disk's location.
