no differential

I realized that my backup always detected as full backup when it took almost 7 hours everyday when it should not.

Please, contact support, there's not much we can tell you without seeing the backup log.

To know why your OneDiff backup is always reinstantiated, we need the full log, anything else from our part would be magic.
