interrupted backup

I'm finally staring to use xsibackup with onediff, and it looks pretty good.
However, at one point I started a backup and canceled it, and I see some files in the source VM that I'm not sure about, what are they? can I delete them?
these are the files:

vmname-aux.xml
vmname.vmx.lck
vmname.vmx~
vmname_0-flat.vmdk___hash

Re: interrupted backup

As a rule of thumb, I would not delete anything in your source VM, you don't need to.
The ___hash is the hash of the corresponding file, it is overwritten on every file comparison. The rest of the files belong to the VM, check VMWare documentation for more details.
