ESXi 6.5.0 buffers script output and delays log writing

When XSIBackup is executed in ESXi 6.5.0, behaviour of some component (still to determine) has changed and causes script output to be buffered. This does not allow to follow output in real time with --watch argument or tail -f xsibackup-cron.log

Re: ESXi 6.5.0 buffers script output and delays log writing

We caught the culprit, discard any workaround published so far. This time it is busybox's (v1.22.1 ) sed utility bundled with ESXi 6.5.0 which buffers output by default delaying the writing of log lines. On top of that it does not offer the -u flag (to flush every line), as it is a cut down version. We are already working in a solution.
