xsibackup with backup-room option is hanging...

Hi,
I'm trying to use xsibackup by defining a max size for backup folder...
Here are my folders:
[root@localhost:/vmfs/volumes/5497309a-cae1e970-ac03-9cb65409291b] ls -l
total 9897008
drwxr-xr-x    1 root     root          2380 Dec 13 16:25 DEBIAN 9
drwxr-xr-x    1 root     root           280 Dec 13 16:26 backup
drwxr-xr-x    1 root     root          1400 Dec 13 16:32 xsi-dir

When attempting for the first backup, no problem, the backup is created because sufficiant space.
But on the second backup, ths script tells me no more space available in backup room but tells:

Needed room: 5 Gb.
Available room: 8 Gb.

Here is the complete display with final hanging...

[root@localhost:/vmfs/volumes/5497309a-cae1e970-ac03-9cb65409291b/xsi-dir] ./xsibackup --backup-point=/vmfs/volumes/250G-HDD0/backup --backup-type=custom --backup-vms="DEBIAN 9" --date-dir=yes --backup-room=10

Re: xsibackup with backup-room option is hanging...

There's a security and maneuver margin of some gigabytes, you need more room to be able to store multiple backups, maybe even a single one.

I tried to increase the backup-room but when the available folder size is not sufficiant to generate the backup VM, the script attempts to free space with no success....
It's always hanging on this line with the same size to free (17408mb... why???)

Re: xsibackup with backup-room option is hanging...

It will try to delete folders that begin by 20*, if no such folders exist, then it can't do anything. Please, assign sufficient room to store your backups, asuming 20% maneuver margin.
