Server ESXi01
Fujitsu Hardware with 2 local Datastores ESXi 6.5 Custom Image

SQL-Datastore -
              |-> /Backup_Dir/ Windows 2008R2 with SQL Database (machine not running, copy from ESXi02 with XSIBackup)

DC-Datastore -> Windows Small Businessserver 2011 Exchange/Printserver/DHCP/DNS... (running) [1.3TB]
DC-Datastore -> Windows 7 Faxserver (running) [70GB]

Server ESXi02
Fujitsu Hardware with 2 local Datastores ESXi 6.5 Custom Image

SQL-Datastore -> Windows 2008R2 SQL Database (running) [500GB]
DC-Datastore -
			 |-> Backup_Dir/ Windows Small Businessserver 2011 Exchange/Printserver/DHCP/DNS... (machine not running, copy from ESXi01 with XSIBackup)
			 |-> Backup_Dir/ Windows 7 Faxserver (machine not running, copy from ESXi01 with XSIBackup)

QNAP NAS attached to both ESXi as NFS Datastore
NAS01 -> ESXi_Backups/ESXi01/ (backup of all running VMs with XSIBackup)
NAS01 -> ESXi_Backups/ESXi02/ (backup of all running VMs with XSIBackup)

My question, is this possible with XSIBACKUP-PRO and how do i config this behavior.
do i have to install xsibackup on both ESXis? wich protokoll should i use? XSI-Diff, rsync, onediff??
i´m not really experienced with vmware and esxi could you please give some hints how do i configure this from scratch

I´ve installed the update 6.5U1 and unfortunately the error is still the same. i will try the original image from VMware

do you think it is because i installed the custom Fujitsu image ?

Beware of Fujitsu's ESXi's custom ISOs and other custom builds in general.

    At Fujitsu, they built a buggy ESXi 6.0 version which ignores some basic ESXi design principles, like a persistent /etc/rc.local.d/local.sh file. They seem to have fixed it in their ESXi 6.5 ISO, but still, use the official ESXi release, unless you have no other choice.
