Shipping Policy.

Please, read our shipping policy before buying

All our products are downloadable software and they are available for the public to download as trial versions. When you buy one of our products you acquire one or more license keys that you can generate in your user area and which are bound to a hardware key generated by your hardware.

Once the order process is complete and you have full access to your private user area, you can upload the request.key files containing the above mentioned hardware key that will unlock all the software functions activated for the version that you have paid.

The order process may be fully automatic or may require human intervention. In case of the latter, all orders are processed within the same day 10:00 - 20:00 UTC. You will have to take on account any time zone difference to allow some certain degree of lag, as "same 24 h day" may actually result in your product being active the next day for you or over night.
